Cannabis can’t legally be prescribed by doctors, because of a federal law (controlled substance act of the early 1970s) THAT SAYS IT HAS NO “ACCEPTED” MEDICAL VALUE IS HIGHLY ADDICTIVE AND HIGHLY ABUSED.

Simply smoking pot violates federal law, even if you had a mmj card in 1 of 16 States (and D.C.) the laws of the States can’t hold up in court. So, change that and you’ll be good. The doctor could then give you some cannabis tonic that might possibly remiss your Crohn’s.
